Al-Rouyah is seeking to source, evaluate, and invest in unique real estate projects.  There has been a plethora of investment in the real estate sector.  However, the majority of these investments were made in over-developed geographic sectors and did not have any major differentiation factors.

We have invested in and intend to continue to search for projects for our investors whereby Al-Rouyah can derive value from opportunities that is expected to provide extraordinary returns due to their unique geographic, sector, or project focus.

Al-Rouyah’s real estate portfolio includes several commercial and residential properties in Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
