Al Rouyah Capital Holding Company, formerly known as Al Rouyah Investment and Leasing Company, was established on 31 July 2006 as a Kuwait-based company operating in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia. The Company is owned by a group of shareholders.
The Company is regulated by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait. Its authorized capital amounts to KWD 15,000,000, while its issued and fully paid-up capital amounts to KWD 7,220,774.
